From Monday 05.07. – Friday 09.07. we are organising the next Kids and Teens Summer Camp at our location in Cologne Deutz!
\nIn the time from 10:00 – 15:00 your children – from 5 years up to the teenage age of 17 years – will be introduced to self-defence in a fun way.
\nHere your children will learn to recognise dangers at an early stage, and more importantly, to act proportionately and consistently!<\/p>\n

Tickets are available HERE <\/a><\/p>\n

The date is subject to change, depending on the incidence the date may have to be postponed.
\nIf the alternative date does not suit you, the money will be refunded or offset against another seminar.
