Changed training times during the summer holidays (14.07. – 25.08.2025)

Due to hall closures, there will be no training at the following locations:

Brühl
Bergisch Gladbach
Düsseldorf
Ehrenfeld

But don’t worry – you can stay active during the holidays too! 🏖️💥
We offer you an exciting holiday programme with seminars, outdoor training and special classes.

👉 After the summer holidays (from 28.08.2025) there will be a new training schedule in Ehrenfeld:
We are merging the Kiddies and Kids training sessions to make room for an additional Adults Krav Maga training session!

New times in Ehrenfeld:

Kiddies / Kids: 16:30 – 17:15 h
Teenager: 17:30 – 18:15 h
Women / Adult: 18:30 – 19:30 h

🎯 This will enable even more participants to train regularly and efficiently!
